(English Abstract)
The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affect the cognitive and emotional responses of mobile payment service users. Cognitive responses are described as cognitive trust characteristics, and emotional responses are described as pleasure and emotional confidence characteristics. A questionnaire was conducted to identify various characteristic factors that could affect each of cognitive and emotional responses, the analysis results were derived using SmartPLS. As a result, system characteristics affect cognitive responses, and service characteristics affect emotional responses.
